Sentia is led by practitioners focused on practical AI adoption in finance-heavy environments. The team brings together commercial judgment, finance context, and hands-on AI implementation experience.
Lewis brings a background across private capital, investment banking, and operational improvement, with a strong focus on practical AI use in complex financial environments. He previously worked at Bain Capital Credit and Houlihan Lokey, and has also advised through Partners in Performance on commercial diligence, strategy, and performance improvement engagements. More recently, he worked as a financial modelling expert helping train a leading AI lab's model to build financial models, giving him a direct view of where AI can genuinely improve finance workflows, and where human judgment still matters most.
Ken is a corporate finance and strategy adviser with experience across investment banking, capital raising, financial modelling, and operational strategy. He has advised on capital raising and strategic projects through Goliath Capital Consulting and Medlatec, and previously worked at Houlihan Lokey across M&A and restructuring. He has also worked as a financial modelling expert helping train a leading AI lab's model to build financial models, giving him direct exposure to how AI performs in real finance workflows. His broader operating experience across business systems, live operations, and data-led decision-making gives him a practical lens on how AI can be embedded into workflows to improve speed, quality, and execution.

Sentia is deliberately small. When you work with us, you work directly with the founders — not a junior team managed remotely from a senior partner. That means faster decisions, cleaner communication, and advice that is informed by real experience rather than modelled on it.
